Renae’s multi-platform journey began when she studied a Diploma of Multiplatform Production as part of a producer’s scholarship in Australia. The experience deepened her understanding of storytelling across various media and provided hands-on experience in shaping narratives that extend beyond the traditional screen.
Renae is currently experimenting with emerging technologies and economic models to push the boundaries of transmedia delivery as a part of Screen Innovate’s first multimodal story world – A Girl in This World.
Beyond the tech, Renae is exploring decentralised economic models for creators, ensuring transmedia projects provide sustainable and fair revenue streams for all collaborators. This approach opens the door to greater creative freedom, allowing storytellers to experiment with innovative ideas while ensuring their work is properly valued.
